To mark World Environment Day (5th June), New Eraites enthusiastically participated in a series of meaningful home-based activities centered around this year's theme, “My Green Home, My Clean Earth.” The initiative encouraged students to become active environmental stewards while involving their families in sustainable practices.

Students showcased their creativity and commitment to nature through activities such as:

Becoming the family’s little Plant Caretaker by nurturing and caring for plants at home, helping birds stay cool and hydrated by placing shallow bowls or container lids filled with water in their surroundings, creating impactful environment-themed posters to spread awareness about environmental conservation, designing Upcycled Eco-Planters using waste materials, promoting the principles of reuse and recycling.

Through these engaging activities, students developed a deeper appreciation for nature, learned the importance of sustainable living, and demonstrated that small actions at home can contribute to a cleaner, greener Earth.
