From books to better habits reading today, leading tomorrow.

In memory of P. N. Panicker, the father of the Library Movement in India, NESSS celebrated National Reading Day with great enthusiasm. Students participated in a variety of activities such as storytelling with props, book reviews, poem recitations, group reading sessions, and discussions that promoted the joy of reading and critical thinking.

A special activity, “1% Better Every Day,” encouraged students to understand how small, consistent positive actions contribute to personal growth, character building, and long-term success.

The celebration inspired students to develop a lifelong reading habit and strive for continuous self-improvement.
