Workshop Day 1: Building Confidence, Connection & Self-Esteem
NESSS, in collaboration with Mission: Collaboration - A GenLead Initiative, successfully conducted Workshop Day 1, an engaging session aimed at building students' confidence, communication skills, and meaningful connections. The workshop was facilitated by a team of young medicos from Parul University—Diva Patel, Hrishita Bhatt, Khooby Shah, Yashvi Soni, Nikita Pahilwani, Danish Menon, and Priyanshi Mahale.
The session began with interactive ice-breakers like "The Name Game" and "Common Ground", followed by a discussion on Social Media and Socialisation, encouraging students to reflect on the impact of digital interactions on real-life relationships.
The workshop concluded with students feeling more confident, connected, and empowered to build meaningful relationships.
