Admission Policy
Major admissions take place at three entry points, viz. nursery, Std. I and Std. XI. However, vacancies created at other classes due to students leaving the town are filled up as and when they happen. Parents interested in admitting their wards to this outstanding institution may contact the school office any day between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. Beyond academics, NESSS’s students have proven their worth time and again. Our focus is equally distributed between academics, co-curricular activities, sports, finding and nurturing hidden talents and igniting inquisitive minds.
Please Note:
- The school does not charge any capitation/ development fee.
- Admissions are given only on merit. Please do not try getting recommendations.
- There is no written test for admission to std 1 to 5.
- For Classes 6 to 12, there will be a written test. The syllabus can be obtained from the school office.
- Admissions to pre-school are given on the basis of Ganguli committee's recommendations.
Documents Required for Admission
One is expected to bring two passport size latest photographs of the student, birth certificate and student's Progress report of the previous year for admission to Std. I to std. XII.
Class XI Admissions
Admission to Class XI is based on the previous academic performance of students studying at New Era School. Students seeking admission from other schools will have to appear for a written test. Further details can be obtained from the school office.
