Student Council
Empowering student voices and developing leadership skills for tomorrow's changemakers.
The Heart of Student Leadership
Student Council is an integral leadership pillar of New Era Senior Secondary School, empowering students to take initiative, shoulder responsibility, and represent the student voice.
Selection & Investiture
The school cabinet comprises a well-knit team of students from Class X, carefully selected by the Principal and educators. Each year on the 15th of August, the cabinet is sworn in during an elaborate and solemn investiture ceremony.
Dual Cabinets & Duties
The school features two dedicated cabinets — Primary/Junior and Secondary/Senior. The council maintains discipline, organizes all cultural programmes and competitions, and acts as the crucial liaison between students and school management.
